How long is the call?
About 30 minutes. It's a relaxed conversation about your business, the tasks eating up your time, and whether a Propela VA is the right fit — no pressure, no obligation.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Not really. It helps to have a rough idea of the tasks you'd like to hand off, but we'll help you figure that out together on the call if you're not sure yet.
What happens after the call?
If it's a good fit, we'll match you with a VA suited to your needs and get you onboarded — most clients are up and running within 1–2 weeks.
Is the call really free?
Yes — no cost, no obligation. It's simply a chance for us to understand your business and for you to ask us anything before deciding to move forward.
